This is basically a "tip", or warning.
My Solus Ultra is only at 16.2 but I highly doubt they would
have fixed a 2000 issue by now, if they hadn't fixed it by
then.
I went to activate a Vent Valve on a 2000 Chevy Impala 3.8L
today and the tool warned me "cannot do that, fuel tank
pressure is too high". I thought that sounded plausible, so
I opened the gas gap, but there was no "whoosh".
So I got my Tech2, and tried to operate the Vent Valve. The
Tech2 said "sorry bro, your fuel tank is too full".
And yes, the gas gauge said full tank.
So, SO gave a false/wrong reason for not actuating, that
would have sent me down a rabbit hole.
