Well, that's what I would like to call the newest scanner. Instead they chose "System Diagnosis Incomplete" as a name. Or that's what it translates to in OBDII speak to anyone who spends their days actually using a scanner with OBD II systems. Maybe P1000 mean... Login to read more.
