Version 17.2 Breaks Ford ISO 9141 Access

Today I could not communicate with the ABS and SRS modules on a 2007 Ford E-350 van. Checking the network, I found I had 10 volts on the ISO line, but it never toggled low when the scan tool tried to communicate with these modules.
