I had the same problem with Verus Edge, I spoke with all support on Snap on! No luck. The fix: PicoScope!! The buffer on Snap on scopes is too small, it is not fair with what we pay for that scope! I guess they will be loosing a lot of sales soon! Check this v... Login to read more.
