Did you check the grounds from the car connector? Pins 4 and 5. One is used for OBD2 and one is used for OEM access to modules. I believe pin 5 is for OEM and grounds with a ground circuit of the IPC and pin 4 is for OBD2. Now, even with a ground on pin five, ... Login to read more.
