That is a shame. I have had my Verdict for 4 years or so and love it. You may have a hardware issue, but I would do a factory reset before condemning it. Are you using it for any other internet browsing besides Alldata, Mitchell, IATN, etc.? Don't. Too easy to... Login to read more.
