What is this PIM with my Verus?

I bought a Wireless Verus at an estate auction that had some extra goodies with it...like a Fluke 87V for example. One of the items with it is this PIM. [PIM] I am not sure what it is. I am wondering if it has something to do with updating the OS of the verus.... Login to read more.
