Hello Folks, I have a 9/99 Rav4 that I can see Generic obd2 but on the enhanced side the scanner says no communication. My Modis has 12.2 software. I tryed a co workers Modis that has 10.4, same thing, I even tryed a Solus Pro with 12.4 still no communication.... Login to read more.
