No its not in the utility menu, you just ID up normally and you can do non OBDII stuff.

In the Solus you could ID or go to legacy mode. The SP just ID. Not sure what the difference it, but I still have and use my brick for non-OBD stuff so its a non issue fo... Login to read more.
