Vantage 2.0/When can we get update in Canada?

I've been using the Vantage in my shop and in my training courses...

I have not been able to get any concrete answers from my sales rep (Jerry Brens) on 1/ 97 powertrain cartridge update for mt2500 2/ Vantage 2.0 update card

Any info appreciated...
