Sorry cannot help with the issue, but have a question for you since your talking Soluspro. I just purchased one from Snap-on dealer and it had the 10.4 upgrade. It came with a Snap-on 512MB "Diagnostic Software" CF card in the slot. It has "software bundle 10.... Login to read more.
