Just ran into this last night. While scanning a 94 E350 I tried to scope VREF, the scope showed (basicly 0) volts. After waisting some time looking for a shorted componet on the VREF line I saw the scope show 5v after I knocked the pwr clip off the battery. Ho... Login to read more.
