On Ford you have to use mode 6. If you already ID the vehicle scroll down to generic functions then scroll down to mode 6 ( I think it says something like non-continuous monitors mode 5 6 7) Then in mode 6 find TID 53 then CIDs are the cylinder numbers Login to read more.
