Snappy came yesterday. Just as I suspected, faulty K-13 key. Had another Caravan in the shop, same symptoms. I could read and clear codes, but no datastream. Tried new K-13 key and "presto" live datasteam flowed. I have had problems in the past with Chryslers ... Login to read more.
