AFAIK, ONLY a Tech2 with the "red" Saturn SPS adapter will program those cars. 96-99 Saturns to be exact. From what I've been told, the red adapter has a voltage regulator built in that steps the bus voltage up. This is required for programing to take place. A... Login to read more.
