MODIS 7.2 glitch?

I was using my MODIS to scan a 1997 Chevrolet conversion van for trans problem and when attempting to communicate I got this error message. Has anyone seen this before, or maybe someone from Snap On will reply. Pressing Y or N was no help and I was real busy y... Login to read more.
