set Vantage baud rate at 9600. dip settings as follows.(from left to right). 1=off,2=off,3=on, 4=on,5=off,6=off,7=on,8=on, second set as follows. 1=on,2=on,3=on,4=off,5=off,6=off. hope that helps. Login to read more.
