Do you have the VIN? I just checked, I ID the truck in the scanner as a dodge 4x4 with 4WAL- Codes and data is supported you should be able to get comm, BUT there is no troubleshooter for that year model may have a bad k13, cable problem, scanner problem ex...... Login to read more.
