I had a 99 Subaru in last week alt. light on off idle. Tested alt., stater and battery with my micro vat and it said all ok. I put a dvom on the battery and i was getting 17 + volts. It seems the micro vat did not look for over charge, anyone else see this ? ... Login to read more.
