Yes. I believe v5.0 was a major upgrade from 4.0, while v6.0 was an update to the database. v5.0 gave the Vantage faster timebases and dual waveform viewer. It's been a while, but I remember being tickled with V5.0, and not overly impressed with V6.0.... Login to read more.
