YES IT JUST CAME OUT. I GOT THE 1996 UPDATE FOR FULL PRICE GOT 1997 NO CHARGE,AND HAVE ON THE WAY 1998 FOR $101.00 THE 1998 IS MUCH BETTER FOR OBD2
