I'm with Scott, but a slightly different direction. If the truck is not going to tow/haul alot, then the 400 trans is overkill, put a 4L60 in it and get the best of both worlds.... 3.73-3.90-4.10 for zoom-zoom, and OD will keep the fillings in on the highway..... Login to read more.
