Actually, I was thinking if other sanctioning bodies run in the rain at a location, than NASCAR should consider it also. This means that would include Daytona, Phoenix, Charlotte, Watkins Glen, Indianapolis, Road America, Mosport, Mid-Ohio, and Sears Point.
