Where did this come from?

Hi folks,

I was looking at one of my stacks of stuff, and found a 13 inch diameter rim (about 5 inches wide) that used 5 lugs. Stock steel rim, OEM spec. I never owned anything that used this, I was wondering where it might have come from...
