Hi Peter,, Pre cat vehicles are very critical about engine temp ( 195 ) and timing plus set CO alittle bit richer and the HC should drop...And are you allowed to precondition at no load 2500 rpm for three minutes prior to test to get the exhaust manifold hot..... Login to read more.
