I work at a test and repair, evidently the station has been turned down by BAR for star, not sure of reason .I have no violations, nor does the station. My F.P.R. is a healthy .75 We are across the street from AAA, get a fair share of smogs due to prime location. I noticed recently the majority of smogs are Star directed now. I mean the MAJORITY. Anyone else notice the change or offer any tips for getting star ? Thanks .
