I assume the o2 codes not ran are the P013A, B, C, and D? I am unsure exactly what GM is looking at to decide when to enter DFCO. At the minimum I would think TP, RPM, MAP if equipped, MAF, Time, Loop status and/or ECT, and maybe o2, and possibly vehicle speed... Login to read more.
