Currently you sorta gotta flip a coin based on projections. On Jan 1 (SUPPOSEDLY)...you will need 1 or the other. ESP seems to have a nice bailout because you can rent month to month with no permanent commitment. Not making money? Call em and say come take it.... Login to read more.
