I haven't smogged any 2014 Dodges yet, but I can tell you that the CAN Mazdas are very touchy about connecting or disconnecting the DAD (or any scan tool for that matter) while the key is on. They can (and have) set Uxxx DTCs in a heartbeat from careless plug... Login to read more.
