I think Danny already covered this in his response but if you look at under hood emission labels on trucks over 8500 lbs GVWR on Federal vehicles there is no mention of OBD1 but on California vehicles over 14000 lbs GVWR they are certified OBD1. That is becaus... Login to read more.
