Well, to put a dead horse in a hole, What ended up happening was a USED TANK IN GOOD SHAPE WAS INSTALLED. Thanks for all the advice, and we will just end this with a lesson learned. Plastic tanks just CANNOT be fixed. PERIOD.... Login to read more.
