Catalyst Monitor not completing

Customer failed for monitors and drove over 400 miles. Catalyst not complete. Scan for codes none found. I noticed high fuel trims 20% at idle 10Plus at cruise. Replaced lower intake gasket and fuel trims dropped like a rock.
