I'd check to see if the solenoid is stuck open. If I'm looking at the diagram right, the solenoid gets vacuum when the throttle is opened. So a stuck open solenoid wouldn't cause any drivability issues, but it would interfere when the computer does it's EGR sy... Login to read more.
