Good Morning, I am throwing out a problem with a Hyundai Santa Fe that came into my shop. When it came in a multiple of codes PO441 PO489 Went the the Correct Hyundai TSB regarding the code thru AllDATA and followed the procedure. Checked egr valve for pressure-Good Replaced EGR Purge Valve Replaced EGR Purge Valve Solenoid Replace and Updated all Vac lines with new.

Pinched off vac line to see if engine stumbles, No Change After these repairs the PO441 Code goes away and does not return After Drive Cycle it now Pops up a PO489 EGR Flow code I am left scratching my head on this, The only next thing I can think of is Remove the intake plentum and check for blockages, and or start checking my PCM for correct 5v reference. Has anybody run into a problem like this before?
