I posted this in response to Tam's thread, but I thought I would get more views if I started a new thread

I just smogged a 2000 Volvo S-40, 1.9L turbo, it would not communicate with the DAD, it had also been to the referee, I checked the ALDL, it communicate... Login to read more.
