I once charged 1 hr. Plus a smog for 95 and older and 1.5 hours plus a smog for 96 and newer for failed smog diagnostics! But I am now billing 1.5 hours for the older ones, someone has to pay for the service contract, I also see a day when shops will drop out ... Login to read more.
