Have you checked the TAC blend door. Make sure it is in the cold air position. all the way closed to hot. it is not cold in San Diego. I have found skewed MAF sensors because of this. the egr vacuum signal was between 5 and 6 hg's on my bosses 93 ... Login to read more.
