Hi, As I know at Idle Voltage from good Nissan MAF Sensor Voltage is apr. 1.25 ... 1.4 Volt.

For example, take a look these images:

at Idle [RPM vs. MAF(Volt) vs. MAF (gm/sec)]

at acceleration [Nissan MAF Voltage vs. RPM vs. Vehicle Speed]

Among other things, perhaps we should look state of the sensor [Dirty Nissan MAF Sensor]
