Its been awhile, and I used to see far more air PUMP Toyo 22r engines by matter of happenstance. But as I recall, It should turn off at cruise. at idle it pulses, and around 1200 rpm it would turn off when fully warm. Vacuum turns it off, so check your vacuum ... Login to read more.
