Robert, I don't know the statics for tickets for smoking cars, but in Mass a smoking car is supposed to fail inspection for SAFETY rather then emissions. I just never forgot the irony of that belching car with the sticker Make Polluters Pay. I'm sure the owner... Login to read more.
