I recently repaired a 2005 Jeep liberty, for a smog failure, it had a P0501, speed signal fail, and the MIL was on, the problem was that the ABS module had a speed signal in it when viewed on the DRB III, but it would not send that signal to the BCM or the PCM... Login to read more.
