Why would .9979 be considered unacceptable when a Perfect Lambda A/F mixture = 1.00 ?..

(That's only a string of human hair from being perfect ).

0.980 - 0.990 = Acceptable for a CAT.

0.991- 0.999 = Extremely Good A/F mixture for CAT.
