Ahhh, but the cam retard pid on the vortecs isnt actually setting ignition firing TDC for #1 cylinder, its setting the camshaft position sensor offset to zero(ish) for PCM measurement purposes. The ignition timing isnt whats affected by offset on those vehicle... Login to read more.
