a confusing emission sticker ( to us A.S.M. ers )

IM240 guys , i'm confused

i was just reading the original certification sticker on a 84 ford van , 7.5L , non-cat system .

the sticker gave a gpm of 5 grams for both HC and NOX . after reading the sticker a couple of times , it LOOKED like these two gasses... Login to read more.
