I doubt it even works 50%, the amount of tymes I have popped it off and had to reseat and resnap it shut is easily an average of 2-3 per cap (every red cap car tested!) and of the ones where it even pressurizes, 2/3 of those fail, but will subsequently pass us... Login to read more.
