N.J. Emissions,How many Monitors
We did a lot of work to this van (it sat for a year or more). The Customer would like us to make it pass N.J. Inspection. I would like to know how this van would be tested,It has 8600 GVW. In Phila. Pa. it would get a T.S.I. test. I'm thinking in N.J. you woul... Login to read more.
