Can you explain? When a tailpipe fails emissions it usually has lower CO2 meaning the efficiency is poor. Good tailpipe usually computes to 14.5 %CO2. A recent gross polluter on the forum had a 11.5% CO2 while failing emissions miserably. So in that example CO... Login to read more.
