unknown valve on turbo charger

Hi all,

I need help identify this valve: [1986 Volvo 760 GLE, Engine/Propulsion Photo] on a volvo 760 turbo, what does it do and what vacuum source to the valve?

It is NOT the bypass valve, the waste gate control valve is on the other side , a little lower... Login to read more.
