Mike beat me to it. I just pulled the OE calibrations for 02 6.8 Excursion and there are 3 that are OBDII and 3 that aren't. If you have one of the 3 that aren't (not CA certified) it will never run the monitors. Is the calibration label still under the hood ... Login to read more.
