I hate to be the one to break this to you but cerified remanufactered cats are nothing more than used cats cleaned up. Nobody that I have heard of (even the chinese) will cut a metal shell off, and re-gut a cat. Ya can't strip the used brick and re-coat it. T... Login to read more.
